Another show, another Standout Room with
Merlin speakers. Scarlet Audio drove a pair VSM-Millennium speakers in Merlin's ruby heart
finish with their Pearl monoblocks ($25,000 CDN/pair), via van den Hul The Revelation
speaker cables to produce very detailed and involving sound -- Marc Mickelson visited a
couple of times. Also in use were a prototype Scarlet Audio Maestro preamp, van den Hul
The First and The Second interconnects, and an Arcam FMJ CD23 CD player.
