presentation" that "wasn't hi-fi." NTA Calla 60-watt mono amps ($7500
per pair) drove a pair of Tyler Acoustics Taylo Reference Monitors ($2450 per pair) via DH
Labs T14 speaker cables. MSB supplied a Platinum DAC ($3395), MVC-1 universal volume
control ($399) and the interconnects, which have no model designation. Jon was ebullient:
"Without a doubt, this system communicated the musical message," which means he
liked what he heard.
